Explore your inner realm through Yin Yoga, Daoism + Chinese Medicine during this weekend training retreat at Spirit Fire Center in Leyden, Massachusetts. We will dive deeper into our practice and study as we cultivate Yin within ourselves and as a community.
Spirit Fire is located on 95 acres of sacred forest and meadows where we'll enjoy 3 local organic meals a day, fire ceremonies, creative expression in the art barn, restful solitude and times of deep connection with others.
We'll be furthering our asana studies as we look at new poses and variations in addition to learning the skillful art of assisted yin yoga. We will also begin to look at how we can create different practices for individuals to address their specific needs as we tap into the body's innate ability to heal itself.
This retreat is open to students in all phases of life and practice. Those in the teacher training program will recieve 30 credit hours.
